Lancaster Program Assistant (part-time): 20 hours per week; ideally Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am – 2:30 pm (with 30-minute lunch break). This is an in-person position in the Lancaster office.

Job Description
Bridge of Hope is a faith-based nonprofit, committed to engaging Christian faith communities in ending family homelessness through Neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ’s love. Bridge of Hope works with Christian faith traditions across a broad spectrum of theology, traditions and practices, under the unifying value of following Jesus as our example in caring for those facing homelessness. Bridge of Hope has 20 locations across 12 states, with our national office in Malvern PA and operating our two founding counties in Lancaster and Chester County, PA. Bridge of Hope is seeking a Lancaster Program Assistant who will provide program assistance, specific to administrative support, including entering outcome data for families in database, responding to inquiries requesting for help from families facing homelessness, managing clearances and process for volunteers, coordinating all aspects of the office, project management and managing Neighboring Gathering launch and event details. This person will support both the Program Director and the Lancaster Executive Director, as well as collaborate with administrative staff in our National office.
